Shudufhadzo Musida

Shudufhadzo Musida is a South African author, advocate, and UNFPA Global Champion for Women and Girls whose work bridges advocacy, storytelling, and style. After making history as Miss South Africa 2020, she has become a global voice for mental health, gender equity, and representation.

Shudu graduated in 2026 with a STEM-designated Master of Public Administration in International Finance and Economic Theory (Minor in Innovation) at Columbia University. She is also the host and creator of Mindful Mondays, a podcast listened to more than 2.2 million times, where she explores mental fitness and the systems that shape our lives, from identity and leadership to maternal health, technology, and geopolitics. Through her work, Shudu champions a world where joy, intellect, vulnerability, and activism coexist.

Ruwayda Redfearn

Ruwayda Redfearn is the Chief Executive Officer of Deloitte Africa, currently serving her second term, and a member of the Deloitte Global Executive Committee. With more than 20 years of leadership experience, she has built a distinguished career spanning professional services, governance, industry, and public-private collaboration.

Having joined Deloitte as a trainee in 1997 and becoming a partner in 2004, Ruwayda has held several senior leadership positions across the firm. She also spent three years in industry as the Chief Financial Officer of a global commodity trading business, gaining valuable commercial and operational experience that has shaped her leadership approach.

A respected business leader and advocate for sustainable growth, Ruwayda has served on numerous boards and played a prominent role during South Africa’s G20 Presidency in 2025 as Chair of the Business 20 (B20) Integrity and Compliance Task Force. She is widely recognised for her authentic leadership, commitment to transformation, and ability to drive meaningful and lasting impact across Africa.

Simone Zanetti

Simone Zanetti is recognised as one of the leading voices shaping how AI is applied in business. He is the creator of the Zanetti AI Framework™ and co-founder of the Zanetti AI Institute, where he develops methodologies that help non-technical leaders use AI with greater control, reliability and strategic impact.

He has worked with artificial intelligence since 2002 and, across his career, has supported hundreds of large organisations while helping more than 2,000 executives and professionals each year take fuller advantage of AI without losing control or compliance. His work is used in enterprise and public-sector environments where better decisions, stronger governance and scalable capability matter.

Simone speaks internationally in conferences, executive forums and institutional settings on how AI can move from loose experimentation to structured, dependable use in business and society.

Dr Maanda Tshifularo

Dr Maanda Tshifularo is the founding director at SuperLead Advisory, a consultancy specialising in strategy, operations, and leadership development. He is also the Director of the Centre for Leadership and Dialogue and a faculty member at the University of Pretoria’s Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS).

He is a skilled strategist, leadership coach, and a published author of Lead with Super Clarity. A globally recognised facilitator, Maanda has moderated events on both global and local stages, including at the President’s South Africa Investment Conference. Additionally, he hosts the SuperLead podcast and is an experienced leadership summits convener and moderator. Maanda is a certified Gallup Strength Coach, Insights Discovery, Integrative Enneagram, Dilemma Reconciliation by Trompenaars Hampden-Turner practitioner, as well as a qualified Integral Coach

Maanda has held management and executive roles at MTN SA, Discovery Health, and 1Life Insurance. Notably, he successfully led a business turnaround as the Head of Dialdirect Insurance. His experience also includes working as a strategy management consultant at Deloitte Consulting and McKinsey & Company. Maanda recently completed his PhD studies at the University of Johannesburg and a General Management Program at Harvard Business School. In 2019, he was named one of the Mail & Guardian’s Top 200 Young South Africans and the Junior Chamber International’s Top 10 Young Persons in South Africa.

Pastor Chris Mathebula

Pastor Chris Mathebula is the Lead Pastor and Visionary of Hope Restoration Ministries, a contemporary church with seven campuses across Gauteng, with the main campus in Chloorkop, Kempton Park.

Chris is a Devoted Citizen, Author, and leadership consultant. His TV program, “Hope Alive,” broadcasts regularly on Faith TV, One Gospel, and other local radio stations.

He is also the founder of Devoted Citizen, People Matter Foundation, Hope Alive Radio, Runners Of Hope, and Hope Restoration College.

To relax, he loves to read, watch a good game of soccer and runs to keep fit. He is married to Phindi Mathebula, and they are blessed with five children; two girls and three boys.

Ken Costa

Ken Costa is a globally respected business leader, investor, author, and leadership advisor with more than 40 years of experience in international investment banking. He served as Chairman of Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) for UBS Investment Bank and Vice Chairman of its global investment banking division, where he advised some of the world’s leading CEOs and boards on mergers, acquisitions, and strategic growth. He currently chairs Helios Fairfax Partners, one of Africa’s largest private investment companies.

A passionate advocate for values-based leadership, Ken serves as Chairman Emeritus of Alpha InternationalDean of Leadership College London, Chair of Glorify, and Chair of Anotherland. Through these roles, he continues to influence leaders across business, faith, and society while championing innovation, purpose, and personal growth.

Anele Mgudlwa

Anele Mgudlwa is an award-winning broadcaster, television host, executive producer, author, and media entrepreneur whose influence has helped shape modern African broadcasting and entertainment. She is the host of 947’s flagship breakfast show, Anele and The Club, one of South Africa’s highest-rated commercial radio programmes, and a three-time South African Radio Award winner for Best Breakfast Show Presenter.

A respected media leader and storyteller, Anele has hosted numerous acclaimed television productions, including Real Talk with Anele, Celebrity Game Night South Africa, and SA’s Got Talent. She is also the co-founder of Rose & Oaks Media, the production company behind major productions such as The Masked Singer South Africa and The Last Ranger, which received an Academy Award nomination for Best Live Action Short Film in 2025.

Oabona Kgengwenyane

Oabona Kgengwenyane is a self-made entrepreneur, speaker, and business leader with interests spanning consulting, agriculture, technology, and innovation across Africa. He is the founder of Innolead Consulting, Botswana’s largest homegrown consulting firm, serving clients across multiple African markets in strategy, organisational design, digital transformation, and business growth.
